Fueled by their shared passion for Korean culture, they began by writing the first chapter of a place they hoped would be unique, where customers could discover the land of the morning calm through 360° sensory immersion. Two years and five restaurants later, including one franchise, the Chikin Bang rocket is well underway, with four projects in the pipeline, including Cergy in October, Val d'Europe in February and Plan-de-Campagne to follow.
